Louisiana Piano Series International
Subscription Form
Please use the form below to subscribe for 2007-2008 season. The cost of one subscription is $45. This includes one ticket to each of the six concerts of the series*. In addition to this, you will be able to receive personal invitations to additional piano events at NSU. Admission for children and students is free. Please fill out the form below, print it out, and send it with your check or money order in the amount of $45 per subscription made payable to NSU Foundation/Louisiana Piano Series to the following address:

*If you do not wish to purchase a subscription for all six concerts, tickets to individual concerts will be available at the door at the cost of $10 per ticket.
